1. Who processes your data

This policy explains how personal data is processed on the Apex Bio wholesale website for international partners and in the wholesale request form on it.

The operator of personal data is Individual Entrepreneur Nikita Sergeevich Ponomarenko (OGRNIP 321631300074718, INN 632133363122), address: 8 Molodyozhnaya Street, Lagan, Republic of Kalmykia, Russian Federation (the “Operator”, “we”). Contact: info@apexbio.ru, +7 499 113-74-40.

2. What data we process

When you send a wholesale request, we process the data you enter in the form:

• name, company name, country and business type;
• website or social media page;
• email address, phone or WhatsApp number, Telegram username;
• product categories, products added to your request, the region you selected on the map and your message.

Together with the request, we automatically record technical data needed to process it and protect the form from abuse: IP address, browser and device information, the page address and the page you came from, browser language and time zone, and the date and time of the request.

We do not ask for special categories of personal data (for example, about health, racial or ethnic origin, political or religious beliefs) or biometric data. Please do not include such information in your message.

The website is not intended for persons under 18.

3. Why we process it

• to review your wholesale request and contact you about it;
• to prepare information on the products, forms and documents you are interested in;
• to discuss the terms of cooperation and further steps;
• to keep a record of requests and our correspondence with you;
• to protect the website and the form from spam and automated abuse.

4. Legal basis

We process your data on the basis of the consent you give when you send the form, to take steps at your request before a possible contract, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

5. Where your data is stored and who receives it

Your request is saved on our server and passed to the customer relationship management system amoCRM, where Apex Bio managers work with it. The server and the CRM are located in the Russian Federation. If you send the form from another country, your data is therefore transferred to the Russian Federation, where it is processed in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”.

We share personal data only to the extent needed: with the providers of hosting and the CRM system, which process it on our behalf, and with competent authorities when required by law. We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to third parties for advertising.

If you write to us in Telegram or WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by these messengers under their own terms.

6. Cookies, analytics and local storage

This website does not use advertising cookies. With your consent, we use Yandex Metrica (YANDEX LLC, Russia) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, approximate location by IP address (country and city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Metrica sets its own cookies; session recording is turned off. If you decline, Metrica is not loaded at all. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage, and you can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” button at the bottom of any page.

The list of products you add to a price request is kept in your browser’s local storage on your device and is sent to us only when you submit the form. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

7. How long we keep data

Request records on our server are deleted 30 days after they are passed to the CRM. In the CRM, data is kept for as long as it is needed to handle your request and our cooperation, and then deleted or anonymized, unless the law requires longer storage. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see section 8).

8. Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct, block or delete it, and to stop processing it by withdrawing your consent. You can also object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Russian data protection authority (Roskomnadzor) or with the data protection authority of your country.

To exercise your rights, write to info@apexbio.ru with the subject “Personal data” from the email address you used in the request, or include details that allow us to confirm that the request comes from you. We reply within ten business days. After you withdraw your consent, we stop processing and delete your data within thirty days, unless we are required by law to keep it.

9. Security

We limit access to personal data to the staff who need it, use an encrypted connection to transfer data from the website, and control access to our servers and backups.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The new version applies from the moment it is published on this page; the date of the last update is shown at the top.
